0. To Verify: lead that must be verified by the sales.
1. To Contact: lead that just been imported and ready to get enrolled in a prospecting sequence.
1.1. To Recontact: lead has received a full outbound sequence but didn’t click on any link, should be recontacted in the future.
2. Contact in Progress: lead that is enrolled in an outbound or inbound sequence.
2.1. Trying to reach: call activity done without answer.
2.2. Chasing: 10 sales activities (call & email) without any call connected.
2.3. Salutations made: call connected & interest from the lead but no intro session registered.
2.4. Going to register: call connected & the lead will register the intro session.
3. Webinar Registered: lead that registers into a intro session webinar.
3.1. Didn’t attend: lead didn’t attend the webinar.
3.2. Attended BUT dropped (< 50%): lead attended to the webinar but dropped before the half of the session.
3.3. Attended (> 50%): lead attended to the webinar at least 50% of the session
3.4. Try to book demo: the key account had the lead on the phone and try to book a demo with it
3.5. Demo Booked: the key account booked a demo in its agenda
3.6. Demo Done & follow-up: the key account had the demo and still need to follow-up before creating the deal
4. Qualified (= opportunity): lead that is qualified after the intro session and becomes an Opportunity.
