Lead Status


0. To Verify: lead that must be verified by the sales.

1. To Contact: lead that just been imported and ready to get enrolled in a prospecting sequence.

1.1. To Recontact: lead has received a full outbound sequence but didn’t click on any link, should be recontacted in the future.

2. Contact in Progress: lead that is enrolled in an outbound or inbound sequence.

3. Intro Booked: lead that registers into a discovery call

3.1. Intro to Reschedule: lead didn’t attend the intro, must be rescheduled.

3.2. Try to book demo: the key account had the lead on the phone and try to book a demo with it

3.3. Demo Booked: the key account booked a demo in its agenda

3.4. Demo Done & follow-up: the key account had the demo and still need to follow-up before creating the deal

4. Opportunity: lead that is qualified after the intro session and becomes an Opportunity.

5. Client: lead that signs the quote.

6. Unqualified: lead unqualified.

8. On Hold: lead that was tagged as To Contact or Contact in Progress and one of its colleagues is tagged as Intro Call or Qualified.
